Refund & Return Policy

At LadyShop.in, we want you to love your shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags.

• Certain items (innerwear, accessories, clearance sale items) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We currently allow size exchanges  or damage product .

•  If approved well provide a replacement for the damaged/exchanged product within 10 days (well deliver the product within 3days)
