At LadyShop.in, we aim to deliver your favorite women’s fashion wear quickly, safely, and hassle-free. We have partnered with Shiprocket, India’s leading logistics platform, to ensure timely deliveries across the country.

1. Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.

• Some remote or restricted locations may have limited delivery availability.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

• For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping charge of ₹49 – ₹99 may apply depending on location.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional fee.

3. Delivery Time

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Metro cities usually receive delivery faster (3–4 days), while remote areas may take longer.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS powered by Shiprocket.

• You can track your order in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on select pin codes via Shiprocket.

• Please ensure availability of exact cash at the time of delivery.

6. Delays & Issues

• While we strive for timely deliveries, external factors (courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, etc.) may cause slight delays.

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at shipping@ladyshop.in.

7. Undelivered Orders

• If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us.

• Re-shipping can be arranged after confirmation, and additional shipping charges may apply.
